Science is now revealing that our food cravings are largely influenced by our gut microbes. If we want to get rid of junk food cravings it begins with our gut microbiome.

Join us for this interactive retreat style workshop bringing together the latest science on the gut microbiome and mind-body therapies to get rid of junk food cravings, bloat, excess weight, and food guilt for good.

Share, learn, and heal as we sip fresh herbal tea and begin tuning in to our gut microbes so we can tune up our life.
